Hello Internet! With warm wishes, I would like to introduce to you the latest project to come out of the Studio: "Rose Festival" the anime-theme, rose garden board game. It has all the mechanics I've wanted to put in there finally. Feel free to comment on this blog or reach out to me on twitter for any ideas/feedback. I just want to give a quick shout out to all of you who have been following along with the developments of this game. Thanks for your patience. Now, you can finally see what it's all about. Bye! ~Rox

Brr! It is cold outside where I live and I think there is a draft in my room. Let's get to some updates. Today I was hit with the realization that I might be getting a full time job soon. What this means is I can no longer spend my time on whatever I want. So this mysterious writing project I was working on, I'm just going to have to get over having it sit in the back. It was actually "Red Chase" version 2, and this story was going to be a fully fleshed out novel. I've written near 70,000 words of it, but from my estimation, it's only 60% done (and that's only the first draft). I'm super happy I was able to work on it as much as I could. It had a lot of fun stories and was a huge step up for me in gaining experience as a writer. Every thing I make after this is going to tell a much better story. I'll still be working on it in the background, but I don't expect the first draft to be done until April. That brings into question: what's the next project? Well, "Pink Chase" version 2 is going to be released in this month. It's price is going to go up to $1.99. If you want to get it at a discount, you should get it before next week. Here's the link. I've got to get around to just redoing this one part of Rose Festival before I can release it to the public. It won't take long. I just have to do it.
But my number one priority right now is getting Butterfly Kisses up and going. I'm pretty confident with the scripts. I've got some ideas on how to get it out quicker and not be hampered by the file size restrictions. Well, that's all. Night, ~Rox Hello Internet, This day has been a long time coming, but... I am proud to present to you "Rose Festival," an anime style board game. Fill the Garden with roses! I've had the thumbnail on the homepage for quite a long time, but the page wasn't ready. Now it's at a good enough place to show the world. For those of you familiar with my old Kickstarter project, "The Heart of Dorian-Gray," you'll notice the artwork is from there. You can sometimes find gold in the ashes of failure.
This Anime, Board Game is not yet published. I'll let you know when it is. With the release of "Cyan Chase" and "Butterfly Kisses EP01" this month, this isn't my top priority to finish right now. Thank you in advance for the patience! That's all, ~Rox Hello all,
Still working on content and making sure the basics of this website are super spiffy (like that about page, ugh). Working on the fonts and making sure each project has a description. Once I'm done with these three pages, I'll move on to the other pages and make them nicer. Something you'll notice is that when you hover over an image, a little Pinterest button should appear. That is the social media platform of my choice for this universe. Now, you can share images from the site even more easily! As for project updates, Rose Festival is getting closer to completion. The packaging is finally getting to the point that I want it, yet I'm working on writing rules. It is surprisingly, the most difficult writing assignment I've ever done. The "Chase" short stories are proceeding along nicely. By next month, I should have one of the stories done. Unfortunately, it won't be the first one, so I can't exactly publish it. Well, gotta move, ~Roxana |
